Casters In Motion’s Low-Profile Casters are specifically engineered to support and move heavy equipment where the overall height is a crucial factor. Many applications such as Computer Storage Equipment, Vending Equipment, Copy Machines, Store Display and Fixtures, Electronic Equipment and Diagnostic Equipment all require a caster with a high load capacity but with a low overall height. Casters In Motion’s selection of double ball bearing raceway casters with easy and quiet swiveling action and a long maintenance free life uses a 3” Glass Filled Nylon, non-marking wheel which ranges in load capacities from 500 lbs. to 1,200 lbs. per caster. The glass filled nylon wheel is water resistant, and resists chemical absorption, high performance and is a cost-effective wheel material. The temperature range is -20F to 250F.
Casters In Motion also offers Low Profile casters in a 1-5/8” and 2” wheel diameters that are single or dual wheels with a grip stem, threaded stem or plate casters that are ideal for store displays, pianos and electronic equipment. These casters are available with a soft rubber, hard rubber or polypropylene wheel material.
The heavy-duty low-profile caster finish is a RoHS Compliant, corrosion resistant zinc finish or black powder coat.
